American Gestapo: Another Execution

On Saturday morning, a news notification appeared on my phone while I was probably drinking my second cup of coffee. And since this is my blog, I am going to rephrase the headlines:
“ICE/US Border Patrol, the American Gestapo, executed another American Citizen, Alex Pretti.”
Alex Pretti was a protester in Minneapolis recording the brutality that these “agents” are committing against the immigrant population and American citizens alike. And this time, they executed Alex, while he laid on the ground. He was armed, but it is reported that his gun was confiscated as he laid on the ground. And then as he laid on the ground, he was executed.
This is what we are now. Or we have always been this way. We know that some police officers will kill unarmed nonwhite and poor Americans without provocation. And a great deal of times, the officers have gotten away with it. The irony here is that ACTUAL police officers are trained on due process and procedure. (Again this is when race and class play a large role in how the system treats each group differently. As a friend of mine once said, “...the police are always protecting the white money.” This statement alone sums up exactly who the system is set up to protect. But I digress a bit.)
Anyway, we all know that the system doesn’t favor nonwhite people protesting without the media and pundits, especially right-wing and some liberal ones, painting them as riots and the protesters as violent and “looting thugs". And then what happens when white Americans who do not want to see injustice and abuses by our government? Well they are painted with the same paintbrush and at times, like nonwhite Americans, are executed by agents of the state. Now the agents of the state are ICE/Border Patrol or as I will continuously call the American Gestapo. A few weeks ago, it was Renee Good, a white woman and mother of 3, whose wife will now have to raise them alone. Now, Alex Pretti, a white man who was a nurse, a human being that took care of other human beings was executed in cold blood.
I am not going to share the link to the videos of either of their executions, but the recording and witnesses should be enough to persuade the viewers that these were executions. All I know is that agents of the state should not be part of the terrorizing of communities, (the police are trained to at least to attempt to follow due process and human rights, and I feel it is a few that disgrace the others. Though I fully understand the cry to abolish the police, if they seem likely to kill members of your community, you definitely aren't one to think they’re going to protect you. This discussion is for another time.) But I will say that I am not 100% on board with the abolishment of the police, yet, but I AM in favor of the ABOLISHMENT OF ICE NOW.
The American Gestapo, ICE/Border Patrol, is now the enforcer of the Trump administration to kill descent and execute ethnic cleansing. Since the Trump administration (2) has taken office, as discussed when I wrote about the execution of Renee Good, an increase in manpower and money with 50K signing bonuses (at least that is what I am told), has led to the growth of this agency to heights never seen. And now the US Senate is set to pass a budget bill that includes MORE money to the American Gestapo. This means more “officers” to do the authoritarian work of a tyrant with our tax. More Americans and immigrants will die at the hand of these thugs. And no, I do not want more training for these terrorists, I want the abolishment of ICE. We can discuss what and if can be done after. Dare I say that not only ICE, but DHS should be abolished.
Unlike most police departments and even the military, these dehumanizing “officers” do not appear to have any training in due process, rules of engagement, etc. and never mind any respect or clue for civil and human rights. And from the reports that the "agent" that executed Renee Good was a 10-year veteran and the one that executed Alex Pretti, was an 8-year veteran. So it appears to argue that more training is needed seems moot. Or these agents were never trained. And the American Gestapo is killing with impunity, not protecting anyone only serving as state-sponsored terrorists for a regime hellbent on destroying our democratic republic. Also if I were a cop, I would take it as an insult that these thugs call themselves “officers.” As Kevin Joyce, a sheriff in Maine, stated in a press conference after ICE detained one of his correctional officer recruits, he referred to American Gestapo “officers” as bush league. Meaning the American Gestapo is full of inferior amateurs.
So far two American citizens have been executed. Not that their lives were worth more than the immigrants who have been killed by the American Gestapo, but it makes it clear what the true intention of this buildup and invasion really means: to push us toward fascism and authoritarianism even more. Also, a dreadful and horrific thought has been eating me up since Saturday: IF the ICE/Border Patrol easily execute Americans in broad daylight with witnesses recording with their phones, how many immigrants have they murdered when no one was watching? Think about it, if you have 10 and 8-year veterans willing to execute Americans in broad daylight, then the problem lies with the American Gestapo. More reason to ABOLISH ICE.
The sole purpose of the American Gestapo is to assist in his dictator fantasy. A king? We don't do kings. And this is where I tell you all that white supremacy is detrimental for white people too. Racism is detrimental because it keeps poor and white-working class white Americans in their “place.” It convinces the white poor that at least, “you’re not one of ‘them’,” And some idiot white Americans hang on to that one aspect of hierarchy. Why? I can’t understand or really know.
I do know that we can't end racism without white Americans, who are allies and better yet, co-conspirators. We need everyone. We can’t be a society with equality without all of us working toward this goal. It’s going to take all of us. And that is what the execution of Renee Good and Alex Pretti means to me, allies who risked and paid with their lives to stop an injustice.
I also know that if you are a white American and dare to challenge white supremacy, you are seen as a bigger threat because it means you are standing for equality with those the white supremacists see as "others" and this will upset the racial hierarchy that exists in their demented worldview. However, once it appears you are with the rest of “us”, you become less than human-like nonwhite people to white supremacists. So it’s no surprise to me that the American Gestapo has executed two white Americans as an example for all Americans that is what they will do. As a video from an anti-American Gestapo protester who captured an “agent” telling them that they’re next and are now a “domestic terrorist.”
Well, I am sure King George would have called the founders by the same label, “domestic terrorist”, and I am sure Patrick Henry would have proudly embraced that title, “Give me liberty or give me death.”
Or Thomas Paine, “A body of men holding themselves accountable to nobody ought not to be trusted by anybody,” would have called the American Gestapo agents of tyranny.
And it isn’t just the founders that fought for justice. There is John Brown, who was a white American that fought for the embellishment of slavery that he killed and died for that cause: "Whereas, Slavery, throughout its entire existence in the United States is none other than a most barbarous, unprovoked, and unjustifiable War of one portion of its citizens upon another portion; the only conditions of which are perpetual imprisonment, and hopeless servitude or absolute extermination; in utter disregard and violation of those eternal and self-evident truths set forth in our Declaration of Independence.”
These white men knew what freedom meant. For John Brown it was his religion that drove his cause in which he died. He was tried and convicted for treason, murder, and insurrection by hanging. For he was a white man who believed in the freedom of everyone. Unfortunately, people die for doing what is right and for fighting against injustice. And yes, I purposely chose white American men to prove my point. When we say, “white privilege” is what we mean because of racism that you have the ability to be true allies, or, as a professor at a webinar, a co-conspirator. That is what Renee Good and Alex Pretti will be remembered as, co-conspirators in the name of justice and human rights.
So I tell white Americans who are on the side of justice and stand against tyranny that we need you all to help fight against bigotry and tyranny. As the execution of Renee Good and Alex Pretti by the American Gestapo has shown, it will not be an easy fight for any of us. For when you choose justice and human rights, it is not just going to take allies but co-conspirators.
What is most important here is to remember when democracy and freedom prevail, and it will, that justice is done. No forgiving without punishment for these killings.
As with the George Floyd and other state-sponsored killings protests, we say, “NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE”.
We need to demand that the ICE be abolished. We need to stop detaining immigrants in prisons and camps, abolish detainment policies, prisons, and camps for immigrants just for being "undocumented". And also under United States Code, there are two different types of illegal immigration acts: 1. Illegal Entry, which is considered a crime, a misdemeanor for the first offense, possibly felonies for additional entries. Illegal entry is defined as entering the United States that is not a designated port of entry. And the second is unlawful presence, which is when an immigrant possibly does enter at a US port of entry, but overstays a travel or work Visa, though some could be some that were Illegal entry offenders, but usually only assumptions can be made. Per FindLaw.com, unlawful presence in the United States is a civil matter, not a crime, in other words, simply being undocumented in the United States is not a crime. What the American Gestapo is doing by incarcerating undocumented is unconstitutional and unlawful, unless it can be proven that illegal entry is proven. But honestly, illegal entry to be criminalized seems excessive, and should be decriminalized. Though if truth be told, I am one of the few activists that believe in open borders which even most liberals are against, though Republicans like to say all the "left" is this way that is simply untrue, well, a fucking lie.
So the fact that there are very few Americans, even on the left or Democrats, that believe in open borders. For example, if I were to write Senator Durbin right now and demand open borders, his office would respond to me with a lecture about border security, and I am sure Tammy Duckworth even more so. Maybe to prove it, I should write them both and publish their responses. Go ahead and try it yourself if you have Democratic Representatives or Senators. Tell me what they say.
Anyway, I do support a complete reform and overhaul of our immigration system in order to make it humane and just. Imprisonment is unnecessary even for deportation orders for those who are undocumented. And it's also been argued that the immigration judges and system should be part of the Judicial branch, and not the Executive, especially under the Department of Justice. These are just a few reforms suggested by immigration advocates.
And remember, that our federal government has declared war on its own people in every state. All in the name of one man. At this point, I am willing to forgive those who voted for him but no understand what and who he truly is: A FUCKING MADMAN, A wannabe dictator with a Gestapo at his service to execute anyone who stands against him.
Again, I am not sure where all the white men who claimed that they had a 2nd A right to weapons of war in case of tyranny are right now at this moment. But I have the feeling that many of them didn’t want to include the rest of “us”. Or maybe it doesn't matter if we are being killed and oppressed as long as they are not.
I will die standing.
I will not comply.
I will not bend the knee.
I fight in the name of human rights and democracy on behalf of my ancestors, all my ancestors rather that relation be by blood, land, or history.
